Food and Beverage Director
Todd Barnes and his wife join us most recently from Globe, Arizona. Born and raised in Southern California Todd, has a lifelong background of Food & Beverage and Hospitality and graduated from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island with a culinary degree. As any experienced Food and Beverage Director, Todd began working in restaurants at a young age as a cook then front of house manager and general manager. Todd has traveled through Las Vegas, New Mexico and Arizona operating Food and Beverage in the gaming industry and in the private club industry in Chicago where his facility would serve over 5,000 patrons during weekend events. Now calling Prescott home, Todd and his wife can be found exploring the trails or at home partaking in his leatherwork, reading a book of any genre or indulging in his vast blues collection!
