Theme Nights and Specialty Dining
Capital Canyon Club offers a daily menu that changes with each season. In addition to our daily menu, we offer weekly features. Capital Canyon Club also hosts Theme Nights and Specialty dining events throughout the month. Each Wednesday night is Pasta Night at the Club. Enjoy your favorite pasta topped with your choice of sauce and protein (we even offer a gluten free option). Once a month we offer Prime Rib Night, complete with all of your favorites sides, including dessert. Once a month is Theme Night at the Club. Fun nights such as Surf and Turf, Comfort Foods, Chophouse, Taste of New Orleans, just to name a few. Once every other month, we host Chef’s Table, an intimate and unique, five course dining experience complete with wine pairings.
Holidays and More
In addition to hosting specialty dining events throughout the year, we also host holiday celebrations. From Valentine’s Day to Thanksgiving and ending with a New Year’s Eve blowout, Capital Canyon Club is the place to be on the holidays. From prix-fixe menus, buffets, cookouts, and live music, we know how to throw a party! In addition to the holidays, the Food and Beverage team hosts an annual Wine Festival and an annual Beer Festival as well as monthly interactive wine tastings or mixology classes.
