Food and Beverage Manager
Tim grew up on the beaches of Southern California surfing and fishing. Tim worked on commercial and sport fishing boats throughout his teen years and even owned his own commercial fishing business. When Tim was 19, a friend of his owned a bar and needed someone to fill in bartending. Not knowing much and still too young to buy a drink, Tim fell in love with bartending and with the industry. Tim now has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of Food and Beverage operations with a heavy emphasis on beverage operations. Tim is a certified Cicerone (study of beer), and has studied for Sommelier (wine expert) certification as well. Tim’s parents retired to Prescott in 1992 and Tim followed a few years later. Tim travelled the west coast following his passion of food and beverage (and a girl), and eventually he landed in Las Vegas in 2003 where he stayed for 14 years until a job opening caught his eye in Prescott, AZ. It was a perfect fit for Tim combining his love of golf with his love of food and beverage. Tim is so excited to be back in beautiful Prescott and he cannot wait to explore with you the future at Capital Canyon Club. Cheers!
